Land for Long Lease Jungle view at Tabanan Bali

We are located at an altitude of 600-650 meters above sea level with cool air and still surrounded by green and peaceful scenery. We are far from local residential areas, with temporary road access that can only be passed by motorcycles. Four-wheel drive vehicles can reach our location in approximately 300 meters. The land we offer for rent is 280 acres (28,000 m²). Currently, there are coffee, mangosteen, durian, clove, and coconut trees. It can be developed for agrotourism by building villas with a rural atmosphere, or it can be developed for plantations or livestock farming. We will provide access for four-wheeled vehicles to the location if leased for a minimum of 15 years, with the option to extend with a new agreement.
